Mice Baiting
Mice are a common problem in Michigan, especially during the colder months. Place the bait in areas where you have seen activity, such as near their droppings or in their nests. It's important to regularly check and replace the bait to ensure its effectiveness.
Mice baiting is priced by square footage of the area or home. Mice baiting offers a 90 day warranty. We CANNOT fill or block holes in walls as it becomes a liability insurance issue. The technicians do not climb in attics or crawl spaces. You must call the office within the 90 days to get the refill stations.
